Kawasaki Engine Turns Over But Wont Start. I've replace the starter, starter solenoid, spark plugs, oil change, air filter, fuel filter, and it has a fully charged battery. So one needs to check the cold cranking compression with the throttle wide open.

9 out of 10 times, the battery is the culprit. The bike would crank over and over but not start. When i turn the key initially it all sounds and looks normal.

Either siphon from the filler, or disconnect the fuel line from the carb and put into container, then turn over the engine to pump out the fuel. So there is something internal hat is stopping the starter from cranking the engine and that is the valve lash most of the time.
